About Dr. Munro

Eric M. Munro, M.D., M.P.H.Dr. Munro originally hails from the mid-west. He received his bachelor's degree in Biology and German from the University of Michigan. Realizing that medicine should be in his future, Dr. Munro returned to the United States and completed medical school at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Munro's internal medicine training took him north to Boston. He completed his internship and residency at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. His communication skills led his classmates to honor him with the Excellence in Teaching Award in 2001.

Upon completing his residency, Dr. Munro was able to finally realize his desire to move west. He greatly enjoys living in the South Bay with his wife and two young children. Dr. Munro looks forward to continuing his internal medicine practice while striving for the highest standards in patient care and satisfaction.
